Pocket Cloth Diapers
Pocket cloth diapers are a two-part diapering system consisting of a waterproof outer layer (usually made of polyurethane laminate or PUL) with a removable absorbent core and an inner layer (usually microfleece or suedecloth) sewn together in such a way as to leave an opening at the back where the absorbent core, called an insert, can be inserted and removed. When your baby wets the in the pocket cloth diaper, the moisture is wicked through the inner wicking layer to the insert. Pocket cloth diapers can be equated to disposable diapers in terms of ease of use.
